spys 6'2 cw: 71 lw:60 hw: 84 GW:63 need all your words of encouragement on my way to this... because i struggle with sugar and over eat so much :( But i'm going to get fit! i will do it. I already have awesome muscle, and pretty good// well reasonable cardio fitness. So my goal is to get rid of this extra fat sitting around my middle my thighs and bum! Tips? Ideas?

2 week challenge!

So my boyfriend is coming to see me in 2 weeks…

whilst with him 24/7 i put on about 10 kilos due to eating everything he ate and the dreaded junk food.. oh and not exercising!

So im trying to get back into my exercise now. but i need some tips or suggestions

I need to try and loose weight/cellulite and tone up before he sees me cos im totally embaressed by my body :( and he is so fit and muscley and obsessed with bodies…..

Send me all your inspiration and tips and ideas and things i can do to do this SUPER QUICK!!!!!!!!!  

p.s i dont smoke or drink so none of that starving stuff thanks :)
